Ordering and Shipping

We ship in the UK & aim to get orders dispatched within 7 working days, often sooner.

All orders over £20 in value are sent via recorded services. All orders under £20 are sent via standard delivery services (no tracking).

We use Royal Mail for all orders.

Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with the item(s) you have purchased from The Boutique Works. If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, please let us know so we can rectify the situation. Please email info@thesuitworks.co.uk. 

If you would like to return an item because it isn’t as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality, please contact us within 28 days of receipt of the item so we can arrange a return and refund.

We accept returns on most of our items as long as they are in the condition you purchased them in.

Since we are a small independent business all postage on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the buyer – thanks for your support & understanding. If you would like to return the item in person, you are free to do so. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel the purchase before we have posted it out, please let us know asap and we will arrange a refund.
